Windsor Gardens is a desirable Active Adult and Low Maintenance Retirement Community, located just east of Lowry and Cherry Creek. There are extensive amenities, to include full time activities office, Property Management Office On-Site, Clubhouse with Restaurant, Indoor/Outdoor Pools, Spa, Fitness Center, Library, Billiards/Card Rooms, Ceramics/Sewing Rooms, Complex Shuttle Service, 24 hour On-Site Security, and much more. Below are more items which may interest you about the community:
- 72 buildings to include 2690 condominiums and 32 townhomes.
- Prices of condominiums range from the mid-$40,000 range for a 1 or 2 bedroom, $80's to mid $100's for 2 bedroom, 2 bath, and larger units from the low $100's all the way up to the townhomes and 2100+ executive units in the low to mid $200,000's.
40% of the overall units are 1200 sq. ft. with 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, and they range from the $60's (needs work, not as desirable location) to around $150k (great location, high end finishes/remodel.)
- 10 Condominium Buildings have underground garage parking; the rest are with detached garages- only a few units throughout the community have reserved spaces and no garage.
- Options to purchase include a variety of locations within the complex, i.e. Floor Preference and Building Location, Golf Course View, High Line Canal View, Courtyard Views, Mountain Views, Street Views, and those Close to Clubhouse, etc. Purchase a unit to remodel to your liking, or one already remodeled.
- AGE REQUIREMENT- Currently, the Windsor Gardens declarations state age 50+ can purchase a unit and live in the community. As along as at least 1 person on the title is over age 50, others can live in the unit who are age 18 and over. Windsor Gardens is adverstising the community as an AGE 55+. There will soon be a community vote as to whether they will change the declarations to age 55+ or leave it at age 50. Anyone who purchases prior such a change to the declarations or already owns a unit and is age 50-54, will be grandfathered in.
